A Vanguard Commercial-Office/ Mezzanines case study

We were appointed as Main Contractor to adapt a new warehouse to accommodate Celthealth’s expansion and relocation plans.

A new 860m2 storage mezzanine floor was installed complete with the appropriate fire-protection, smoke detection and lighting. A steel office was also installed to accommodate the warehouse manager.

To the front of the unit, the first floor open plan office was converted into a number of smaller office spaces by way of full height glass partitioning.

The Project was carried out and completed within the designated timescales and within budget.
