Mezzanine Floor Conversion for Sterling Furniture Tillicoultry

A Vanguard Mezzanines/ Retail shopfitting case study

Vanguard Contracts were contacted by Sterling Furniture to convert an existing previously inaccessible concrete Mezzanine Area above the `HUB’ Cafe within their 200,000 sq ft Flagship Store at Tillicoultry.

The works were completed within 3 weeks whilst the Café area continued to trade throughout & incorporated frameless structural glass balustrade, feature curved staircase & fully glazed DDA compliant platform Lift.

The converted area has been subsequently Let to Pagazzi lighting, the largest specialist decorative lighting retailer in the UK.  All works were carried out on time, to budget and resulted in repeat business to other Sterling Furniture stores nationwide.
