A Vanguard Industrial/ Mezzanines case study

Established in 2007, Ideal Envelopes joined the market as an online retailer to both private customers and businesses alike supplying envelopes and specialist gift stationary throughout the UK.

Due to a very strong trading period in the first two years, it was soon established that their current premises were not viable to maintain their ever increasing business and a decision was made to purchase a new premises located on a recently developed business park.

Vanguard took responsibility for the formation of the mezzanine floor, incorporating an enclosed fire rated escape staircase and main staircase leading to the new first floor offices.

Additionally, Vanguard erected partitioning to form the new offices and conference room, complemented with oak timber architraves and doors along with glazed vision panels to contribute to the contemporary interior and satisfy DDA requirements.

The contract was a smooth successful operation, achieving all of the projects goals within the agreed budget and programme period.
