A Vanguard Mezzanines/ Retail shopfitting case study

The decorating specialist company FADS presently have over 70 stores throughout the country primarily in market towns or Central London and have been trading for over fifty years.

Vanguard Contracts Ltd were employed as main contractors to undertake the full refurbishment of an 8,000 sq. ft, edge of town retail unit in Sheffield.

The works included a 75% sales and back-of-store mezzanine floor, complete with feature staircase, stainless steel and glass balustrade, disabled/pedestrian lift and all mechanical and electrical works.

The contract was completed successfully within the programmed seven week schedule.
