New Mezzanine for Grimsby Resin Floors

Grimsby Resin Floors is a nationwide specialist in floor preparation and application of Epoxy, Polyurethane, Methal Methacrylate screeds and coatings to meet the needs of all industrial and commercial environments.

Vanguard Contracts Limited assumed responsibility to optimise their newly acquired warehouse and create additional storage space by installing two Mezzanine Floors over a period of 12 months. In order to store relevant materials and equipment on the mezzanine floor Vanguard installed a Garden Pallet Gate satisfying HSE requirements.

For the project to conform to Building Regulations the staircases leading up to the Mezzanine Floors had to be designed to incorporate the existing means of escape and the existing Fire Alarm.

Designed by the in house team of consultants and installed by qualified professionals, the mezzanine adhered to all manufacturer recommendations, performance specifications and health and safety legislations and was installed within budget and given timescale.
