Caffè Kix has increased daily sales by between 30% and 90% of any café they have taken on from another operator. One of the many ways they do this is by aiming to make their café environment suit each particular office and building.
Vanguard Contracts Limited were employed in order to fulfil their specific design needs and perform a shell build installation for a new café within a Commercial Trading Estate in Maidenhead.
Careful consideration had to be given to the mezzanine floor design in particular as the structural steelwork was very restricting.
In order to ensure a smooth installation Vanguard Contracts carried out initial site investigations and detailed surveys. Further works comprised of the removal of existing fire protection, ground works, installation of a 45m² mezzanine floor and feature staircase, stainless steel and glass balustrade and fire rated partitions/ ceilings. The works were completed in strict adherence to CDM regulations.
The project was a smooth and successful operation, achieving all of the projects goals within the allocated time frame, budget and desired criteria.
Scope of Works:
