After nearly 40 years trading at John Street in Kilkenny, Meubles Furniture, operated by the O’Keeffe family, moved to a 54,000 sq. ft. unit as one of the anchor stores of Kilkenny Retail Park. The new store is one of Ireland’s largest retail furniture stores.

Vanguard Contracts Limited were commissioned by the Store Designers “DKA Panache Limited” to provide a Turnkey Fit-out in just 10 weeks. Fit-out works include Feature Staircases & Balustrade, Drylining & Partitions, Fire Rated fully glazed compartmentation around stairwells, Suspended Ceilings, Full Air Conditioning & Ventilation and Electrical Works & Lighting.

Vanguard Contracts project management accommodated the direct supply of Floorcoverings, a Lift & Display Joinery within the contract programme and completed the project on time and within budget to the Clients satisfaction.
