Appointed by Taskers as Principal Contractor for the fit out of new build 50,000 ft² unit.

Vanguard worked with the developers team in ensuring that the concrete slab was designed to accommodate the 38,000 ft² mezzanine floor – without the need for additional foundations. Vanguard worked with the clients team in the co-ordination & integration of all services & merchandising layouts to ensure the new impressive flagship home store was launched on time & budget.
