Full Office Fit-Out for The Vanguard Group

Increased turnover & staffing levels dictated that our southern division required a move from their previous home to a modern, open plan campus-style office at  Tower View, Kings Hill, New Malden.

Vanguard Contracts were tasked to create a modern, high specification but comfortable working environment, which would promote open interaction between different departments & engender the flow of information at all levels within the business.

The 4,500ft² Cat B fit-out comprised the necessary alterations to the building’s mechanical & electrical infrastructure, full height frameless glass & solid partitions, audio, visual & video conference facilities, storage walls, bespoke joinery & office furniture.

Striking colour contrasts were incorporated within high visibility areas, together with bespoke manifestations in order to create focal points of interest throughout the environment.
