Mezzanine Floors & Full office fit-out

A Vanguard Commercial-Office/ Mezzanines case study

Vanguard Contracts Ltd were initially commissioned by Aquacars to install two mezzanine floors with accommodation staircases in two new commercial units next door to each other.

Then after being invited to tender for Principal Contractor and fit-out works, were subsequently commissioned to carry out a Full Office Fit Out of each of the new commercial units.

The works included fire protection, cladding alterations, frameless glass partitions, Komfort partitioning, drylining, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, ECA compliant air conditioning, ventilation, gas fired hot water system, hand railing, glazing, feature manifestation, window blinds and fire fighting equipment.

A variety of partitioning systems were used throughout the project including fire rated areas, frameless glazed sections and sound proofed areas. The main feature of the project was the call centre formed using Komfort partitioning with a particular attribute being the bespoke manifestation designed by Vanguard Contracts Ltd of the Portsmouth sky line.

The electrics were installed in accordance with the 17th Edition and NIC EIC Guidelines.

The project was completed in 7 weeks to the complete satisfaction of the client.
